Here is Jim Hawkins, inspired by Mathilda in the movie "Leon", I found it will fit to the relationship she will have with Long John Silver

Here is Long John Silver, In my mind he is a mix of Leon, Hellboy and of course the description he have in the book

Here is Ben Gun, he is the only survivor of a shipwreck and he is a little bit crazy but verry friendly, he will help Jim find the treasure.
